Bible Club "Kick Off" Breakfast

You are invited to attend our "Kick Off" breakfast. It will be held on Saturday, January 11th, at the Bluebird Ranch Restaurant in Machias at 9:30 a.m.  Come see "the great She Bible", discuss the plan of reading, and consider any suggestions that may arise. We ask you to RSVP with your pastor/minister if you plan to attend.

The Washington County Association of Congregational Churches (WCACC) is the custodian of an original King James Bible. This Bible is known as "the great She Bible" due to a misprint in the Book of Ruth.

Included in it's Preface is a reading plan to lead people through selected passages in both the Old and New Testaments, from Genesis to Revelation. This is the reading plan we will follow for 2014.  Each week all our church bulletins and this site will include the readings for the next seven days, so we can follow along together. You are welcome to follow along in any Bible version that you wish to read.

Throughout the year, "the great She Bible" will travel among our Churches so everyone may see this great treasure for themselves!
